@ATT is a horrible company I do not recommend them. I paid my bill and they are still tryna charge me again saying I didn’t pay it.... I have bank transactions to prove it.

@BigToneMMA @ATTCares We were paying $360 dollars per month just for 4 lines with unlimited data. We switched to Cricket for the EXACT same service (4 lines unlimited) and we now pay only $100 dollars a month. True story. And we actually get better service now with Cricket. **** AT&T. #SurvivingATT

Called a @ATT corporate store because I wanted to pay off my 12 pro max & buy a 14 & the rep & mgr would not tell me if it was in stock. Called customer care & they couldn’t help me. @Verizon can you help me switch my 6 lines?

@DallasStars @ATT DAL got out-battled, out-skilled and out-chanced.This would have been a mercy game by the 1st intermission if it was not for @wedgewall Everything is fixable, but don't under-scrutinize cause this is TWO bad games in 11 days.

Called @ATT customer service --- $5 dollars convenience fee to speak to a representative. When did this start @ATT? So, I can't speak to anyone unless I pay the fee. Make it make sense.

@ATT - third day with no wireless service at our house. Hours spent in online chat support. No relief. Should we just switch to @Verizon and call it a day?

@DAllanTX @PoPville FYI, have been troubleshooting with @ATT for a bit... got some help & info: 2 cell phone towers in our area are currently under maintenance & there are 2 others that have degraded. Once they are finished w/ maintenance w/ 1st two, they will work on the degraded towers.
