Kettering Health Medical Group, formerly known as Kettering Physician Network, employs more than 700 providers, including physicians and advanced practice providers, throughout the Greater-Dayton and Cincinnati areas.
Offering an extensive range of specialties and expertise, our physician practices provide comprehensive care at more than 200 locations and ten counties.
Our services include heart & vascular, orthopedics, sports medicine, primary care, and urology.
Responsibilities & RequirementsThe Kettering Physician Network (KPN) Quality Manager position provides management leadership and support to ensure that the Physician Quality Reporting Program for the provider network and associated KHN providers meets established quality goals and objectives. This position supports and advances the network strategic plan as it relates to the employed physician provider network under the direct supervision of the Director for Physician Quality Initiatives and in collaboration with the leadership of KPN. The candidate will make key recommendations and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure success of the program. Responsible to complete all projects assigned within established timeframes and plays an integral role in enhancing the program.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field required.
Must have a minimum of two years in a leadership/management role.
Relevant experience managing continuous quality improvement project in a healthcare setting required.
Quality management training/background, knowledge of statistics, performance improvement and analysis methods required.
Must have previous project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
RN with current State of Ohio license perferred.
