My building only has @xfinity, and it’s the worst internet service I’ve ever had, including frequent hours-long outages. So not only do I have zero choice in my internet provider, I’m forced to pay a company that actively fights against my ****** autonomy. Thanks, @comcast 👍🏼

I have missed a whole day of work because Verizon Fios installs USED routers—not NEW routers—and is too inept to deal with my internet outage in a timely fashion. Honestly, it’s not worth the $25 I save by having Verizon wireless too. I think I’m going back to Xfinity.

@nextlevelharrr1 FiOS is honestly incredible. I only have XFinity here because it was the only option but my parents had FiOS and it was super fast, reliable and had incredible upload speeds. XFinity’ll give you 1G down but only 35mbps up but FiOS gets 1G down/1G up

@comcast most stupid customer service process. A construction worker next door cuts the outside Internet cable by accident, I tell them this and they force me to go thru 30 min troubleshooting before scheduling a technician. The cable outside is cut! #badcustomerservice

@Xfinity The internet is like the freeway. Great and fantastic at certain hours and then at other times it's bumper to bumper. I had to explain this to the intake personal at Logan Regional Hospital Because their internet was working so slow. We rely on the internet to Much.
